Food Analysis

Context:

Youmeal is a startup active in the FoodTech sector that is developping a platform for recipe management. Their ambition is to improve the overal quality level of food by informing the consumers, the distributors and the food producers about the quality of their products: allergens, nutrients, environmental impact and more.

Project:

We helped Youmeal with the development of their platform, with the data management and mainly with the developement of innovative IA algorithms for information processing. More of the data are coming in unstructed textual form and we developped algorithms that parse the raw text and turned it into usable structured data.
