Notre intervention a surtout porte sur l'accompagnement de l'equipe data science interne. Nous avons apporte un avis senior sur les choix technologiques, la methodologie de travail, les arbitrages a effectuer et la feuille de route a suivre pour atteindre de meilleurs resultats. L'objectif etait d'aider l'equipe a progresser plus vite en evitant des semaines de recherche et de tests peu productifs.
